Our payment commitment

No payment before journal acceptance: how our process works

Understand the agreed package, the acceptance milestone and when payment is requested.

Discuss first. Agree the journal and package. Pay PublicationHelp after journal acceptance.

Start with an enquiry

An initial request lets us discuss your existing manuscript and publication goals. Uploading a paper does not create a paid order or mean it has been submitted to a journal.

Our work is publication support. We do not offer standalone translation, editing or formatting services. Tell us your research field and journal requirements so we can discuss whether our support suits your request.

Agree the package before proceeding

Confirm the target journal, the permitted support tasks, total amount and currency in writing. Our directory prices are total package listings covering applicable journal charges and our agreed service fee.

Some journals charge no author publication fees. For those journals, the package covers PublicationHelp support only. A service package should never be confused with a mandatory charge from a publisher.

Payment follows journal acceptance

No payment to PublicationHelp is required before the journal confirms acceptance. Ask us to clarify the acceptance communication and agreed scope before paying. Editorial decisions remain independent; our payment timing is not an acceptance guarantee.

After acceptance and payment, the agreed order is final and change-of-mind cancellation or refunds are not offered, subject to mandatory legal rights. Read our service and payment terms. Payment arrangements are discussed directly; this site currently does not take online payments.
