Information you provide

We collect your name, email, country, research field, requested service, message and any manuscript you choose to upload. We use these details to review and respond to your request. Providing a manuscript is optional.

Access and storage

Requests are stored in our project database. Uploaded files are stored privately and available through authenticated administrator access. Connection information is used to limit abusive requests. Hosting is currently in Iran. Please consider your institution’s requirements before sharing research files.

Contact and deletion

You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing publicationhelp.com@gmail.com. Do not submit sensitive participant data or material you do not have permission to share. Uploaded manuscript files are kept while a request is active. After a request is marked closed, its uploaded file is scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Reopening the request before deletion restarts this period when it is closed again. Deleting the file does not delete the request reference, correspondence or payment records. Restricted backup copies may retain an earlier version; this operational deletion schedule does not promise immediate erasure from existing backups. Contact us to discuss a deletion request.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, we use Umami on our own server to understand page visits, referral websites, device and browser types, approximate country, contact-link clicks and successful request submissions. We remove URL query strings and fragments, and retain only the origin of external referral links. Analytics does not receive your name, email, request text, reference number or manuscript. We do not use session replay or record form entries.

The analytics service processes the connection IP address to estimate country and generate rotating anonymous visit identifiers; the raw IP address is not stored in the analytics database. Country estimates may be inaccurate, especially when a VPN is used. Choose Allow analytics or Decline when prompted. You can change or withdraw your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer. We respect the browser’s Do Not Track signal. A preference is stored locally in your browser. Declining has no effect on requesting publication support.

External services

Email and WhatsApp links open external services governed by their own policies. When email notifications are enabled, we use Gmail to send a request confirmation to your email address and a reference notification to our team. Manuscripts and the contents of your request are not attached or included in automated messages. Google processes email under its own policies.
