Can I cancel after acceptance and payment?
After journal acceptance and payment, the agreed order is final. Change-of-mind cancellation and refunds are not offered, subject to mandatory legal rights. Concerns about the agreed services are reviewed separately. Read the service and payment terms before paying.
When do I need to pay?
No payment to PublicationHelp is required before journal acceptance. We first discuss your manuscript, agree on the journal and package, and provide the agreed publication support. Payment is requested after the journal confirms acceptance. This payment timing does not guarantee an acceptance decision.
What if my paper is not accepted?
We do not collect payment before journal acceptance. If the paper is rejected, we discuss the outcome and any next steps with you; a new journal or changed package must be agreed before proceeding.
What does publication support cover?
We focus on helping authors publish their existing research: discussing journal suitability, agreeing on a target journal and package, and guiding the submission and editorial follow-up. We do not offer standalone editing, translation or formatting services.
Does assistance guarantee journal acceptance?
Acceptance is an editorial decision made by the journal. Publication support can improve preparation and organization, but it cannot replace independent editorial assessment or peer review.
Are service fees the same as a journal's publication charges?
No. The fee for an agreed support service and any article processing charge or other fee payable to the publisher are separate items. Our displayed total packages include the applicable journal charges and our agreed support fee. For journals with no author fees, the quoted package covers our support only. The scope and total currency are agreed before proceeding.
How should indexing information be checked?
Check the journal title and ISSN against the relevant official database. Indexing coverage can change, so the database, coverage dates and date of verification matter.
Can an author choose only one service?
You can ask for advice on journal selection or support with the publication process. We agree the scope with you before proceeding; independent editing, translation and formatting are not offered.
