No payment before journal acceptance
PublicationHelp does not collect payment before the selected journal confirms acceptance. We first discuss your manuscript, agree on a journal and define the support package and price.
1. Your initial request
Submitting an enquiry or uploading a manuscript is not a paid order, a journal submission or an acceptance decision. We discuss your requirements and confirm the proposed work before proceeding.
2. Agreeing the work and price
The written agreement should identify the target journal, services, total price and currency, any journal charges included, and author responsibilities. Directory prices are package listings; the agreed quotation defines your order. Where a journal charges no publication fee, our price concerns independent support services.
3. Independent editorial decisions
Editors and reviewers decide whether a manuscript is accepted. We do not guarantee acceptance, publication dates, indexing or a particular quartile. Acceptance is distinct from final publication and appearance in an indexing database. We do not represent a journal unless a specific, verifiable relationship is disclosed.
4. Payment after acceptance
We request payment after the journal confirms acceptance. Before paying, review the journal’s acceptance communication and the written package agreement. No payment gateway is currently offered on this website; payment arrangements are confirmed directly with our team.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Before acceptance, no payment has been collected by PublicationHelp. If you wish to stop proceeding, contact us promptly. Any manuscript withdrawal must follow the journal’s own rules and is not automatically completed by contacting us.
After journal acceptance and payment, the agreed order is final. We do not offer cancellation or refunds solely because the customer changes their mind. This commercial policy does not remove mandatory rights under applicable law. A concern about services not matching the written agreement is a separate matter and should be sent to our team for review.
6. Author responsibilities
Authors retain responsibility for research accuracy, ethics, authorship, permissions and approval of all submission material. Where a publisher requires direct author submission, we provide only permitted independent preparation support. We do not supply fabricated research or bypass editorial review.
7. Manuscript privacy
Read our privacy notice before sharing confidential material. Only share documents you are entitled to provide.
8. Contact and confirmation
Questions about the scope, acceptance communication or payment should be resolved before paying. Contact publicationhelp.com@gmail.com or use our contact page. Keep your request reference and written agreement. Any changed scope or price must be agreed before proceeding.
